When growing indoors it is essential that you maintain the quality of air within your grow room or growing space. Plants require grow room conditions to be within certain parameters in order to grow optimally, giving you the results you desire.

Grow room temperature should ideally be between 70 and 75 degrees fahrenheit during the daylight period and should drop no lower than 60 degrees during the night cycle.

Humidity during vegetative growth should be between 40% and 60% relative humidity and during the fruiting or flowering stage between 30% and 50% relative humidity.

Plants also require adequate levels of carbon dioxide in order to be able to photosynthesise and therefore grow. A constant flow of fresh air over the plants can ensure that the plants receive adequate amounts of carbon dioxide, although more sophisticated growers prefer to supplement levels in the grow room using a carbon dioxide emitter. If supplementing with CO2, levels are generally kept between 1000 ppm (parts per million) and 1500 ppm. An easy way to maintain grow room temperature and humidity is to use a climate control unit which is able to maintain optimal conditions by controlling intake and out-take fans and a heater to maintain the grow environment within the parameters you set.
